Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Riada account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below. This process is irreversible, and once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Log in to Riada mobile application.
2. Open burger menu and navigate to your profile
3. Navigate to the "Informations" page.
4. Click on the "Delete Account" button.
5. Validate your deletion request.

Data Deletion and Retention

When you request account deletion, the following data will be deleted:

• Personal Information: City, email address, phone number, etc.
• Usage Data: Information on how you used the app, including interactions and preferences.
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, etc.

However, certain data may be retained for legal or operational reasons:

• Transaction Records: Details of transactions conducted through the app may be retained for accounting and legal purposes.
• Communication Logs: Records of communications with our support team may be retained for quality assurance and legal purposes.
• Backup Data: Data stored in backups may be retained for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
